I read everything, and I answer as much as I can. Here is how to get the fastest useful response.

Good reasons to write

  • You want to book a class or a private group
  • You spotted an error in a post and want me to fix it. Please do this. Genuinely.
  • You want a plant added to the materia medica
  • You have a question about a class you attended
  • You are a fellow educator and want to compare notes
  • You want to talk about Spanish language classes or translation

Things I cannot do

I cannot answer individual medical questions. Not because I do not care, but because it would be wrong. I do not know your history, your medications, or your diagnosis, and answering as though I did would be the opposite of helping you.

What I CAN do is point you toward the right education, tell you what questions to bring your doctor, and be honest when something is outside what an herbalist should touch.

I also cannot tell you whether to stop a medication, interpret your lab results, or diagnose anything. Please take those to your clinician.

I have been gluten free since 2008.
